SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Mad About Beans. The following information sets out the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

  1. Processing your Order

An email confirmation is sent to the e-mail address you have provided, after placing your order. Please keep this e-mail as proof of your purchase.

  1. Shipment Processing Time

Processing time refers to the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipping.

After your payment is authorised and verified, all orders are processed within 7 business days. We will contact you if, for some reason, there are any delays.

  1. Domestic Only

Mad About Beans does not ship internationally at this time. We ship domestic only; anywhere in Australia.

  1. Shipping Restrictions

Our company does ship to both commercial and domestic addresses. Customers can have their products shipped to a P.O box.

  1. Shipment rates and delivery estimates

We endeavour to get your order to you as soon as possible. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipment, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather delays, carrier delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery time.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order.

  1. Express Shipping

  1. The order should arrive within 2 business days of being shipped.

  2. Express Shipping costs $20. 

  1. Standard Shipping

  1. The order should arrive within 5 business days.

  2. Standard Shipping costs $12. 

  3. Standard Shipping is free if you spend at least $100.

  4. All subscriptions include free Standard Shipping.

  1. Please note:

  1. Business day means Monday to Friday only, except public holidays.

  2. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  3. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.

  4. We will not be responsible for delivery to the wrong shipping address if you provide incorrect information.

  5. Local drop-off service, at zero cost, is available within a 5km Radius of Mad About Beans HQ in Grovedale, Victoria.

  1. Tracking Options

Mad About Beans aims to provide visibility and transparency throughout the shipment process. Once your order is confirmed and shipped, you will receive a link to track your package.

  1. Domestic Only

All orders delivered within Australia automatically have tracking.

  1. Damages

If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at hello@madaboutbeans.com.au.

  1. Missing or Lost Package

There are several reasons why a package gets lost or becomes a deliver exception. We’ve found that, more often that not, the package is either in the building or with a neighbour. Mad About Beans politely requests that customers look in common courier hiding spots. Please take a look around and let us know if you find it. If you haven't located your order, use the tracking information to confirm if the carrier has delivered the product. If the carrier has not registered having received the package, please contact us at hello@madaboutbeans.com.au to report missing or lost packages.
