Source: Huta Raja (King Village) Collective – a small group of farmers clustered together near Pematang Purba in Simalungun, Sumatra.
Process: Washed | Dried on Raised Beds | Dry Hulled
Elevation: 1300 – 1450masl
Varietals: Sigarar Utang – Catimor /Typica
Tasting Notes: Complex and strong with soft tart acidity, caramel, brown sugar and chocolate, sweet malt and toasted almonds; full and slightly sirupy body with a lingering sweetness
